I feel like aging wine is dying slowly right now…
Do you guys still buy wine and wait a few years before opening it? We live in a different time where everything has to be accessible right away! (Amazon, Netflix and such)
I still love to get a few bottles with a lot of aging potential and look at them in my cellar until the time comes. I buy some nice Morgon to wait it out!
